By accessing or using Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Blueprint on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Blueprint provides a cloud-based construction project management platform including project scheduling, financial management, document management, client portals, and team collaboration tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
You retain all rights to your data. Blueprint does not claim ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your data solely to provide the service.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any illegal purpose.
Blueprint is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
